eSIM Usage Terms

These eSIM Usage Terms explain how AROVIX eSIM data plans work, including device requirements, activation, validity, and coverage, in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Device Compatibility

To use an AROVIX eSIM, your device must:

  • Support eSIM technology.
  • Be network-unlocked (not locked to another carrier).
  • Have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to complete installation.

It is your responsibility to confirm device compatibility and unlock status before purchasing. Once an eSIM is installed, it cannot be transferred to a different device.

2. Activation

Each eSIM is delivered as a single-use QR code and/or activation details. Most plans begin their validity period either immediately upon installation or upon first connection to a supported network, depending on the specific plan and destination.

3. QR Code Reuse

Each QR code is intended for one-time installation only and cannot be reused after successful activation unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

4. Data Validity & Usage

  • Each plan has a fixed data allowance and validity period shown at the time of purchase.
  • Unused data does not roll over once a plan expires.
  • Once the data allowance is exhausted or the validity period ends, the connection will stop working until a new plan is purchased.

5. Network Coverage

AROVIX eSIM plans operate through third-party local and international carrier partners in supported destinations. Network speed, latency, signal quality, and availability may vary by location and are outside AROVIX's direct control.

Coverage maps and destination lists are provided for guidance and may change based on partner network availability and roaming agreements.

5G availability depends on local carrier support, device compatibility, and regional infrastructure and may not be available in all destinations.

6. Fair Use

Plans are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. AROVIX reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive usage patterns, or violations of applicable law or network partner requirements.

7. Hotspot & Tethering

Hotspot and tethering are permitted on most plans unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page. Availability may vary depending on the destination network partner.

8. Support

If you experience installation or connectivity issues, contact our support team at support@arovix.io before assuming the eSIM is faulty. Most issues can be resolved through a quick reinstall or network settings adjustment.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Usage Terms from time to time as our network partnerships, products, or services evolve. The latest version will always be available on this page.
