Refund Policy

AROVIX eSIM plans are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of this, refund eligibility depends on whether the eSIM has been activated or used. This policy explains when a refund applies.

When You're Eligible for a Refund

Refundable

  • The eSIM was purchased but never installed or activated.
  • AROVIX or its network partner failed to activate the eSIM due to a technical fault on our side.
  • You were charged in error or duplicate for the same order.

Not Refundable

  • The eSIM has already been installed and/or activated.
  • Any data has been used on the plan.
  • The device used was incompatible or locked, and this was not verified before purchase.
  • Simple change of mind after activation.
  • Network quality variations caused by local carrier conditions are not considered technical faults eligible for refund.

Technical Issues

If your eSIM fails to activate due to an error on AROVIX's end or a fault confirmed with our network partner, you're entitled to a full refund or a replacement eSIM, whichever you prefer. Contact our support team and we'll investigate promptly.

Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review unless required by applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@arovix.io with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under UK law, including rights related to digital content that is faulty or not as described.
