These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AROVIX website (arovix.io) and the purchase of any eSIM data plan from AROVIX LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, Company No. 17289379 ("AROVIX", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to purchase from AROVIX.

2. Our Products

AROVIX sells digital eSIM data plans that provide mobile data connectivity in supported destinations through third-party network partners. Coverage, speed, latency, signal quality, and service availability depend on local network infrastructure and are not directly controlled by AROVIX.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. Prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency and are inclusive of any taxes shown at that time.

4. Delivery

eSIM plans are delivered digitally, typically by email and/or directly within your account after successful payment. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct.

5. Activation & Usage

Once an eSIM has been delivered, installed, activated, or used, it may be considered consumed and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required by applicable law or our Refund Policy.

6. Device Compatibility

You are responsible for confirming that your device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked before purchasing. AROVIX is not liable for failed activation resulting from incompatible devices, locked devices, incorrect settings, or failure to follow installation instructions. 7. Acceptable Use

• You will not use AROVIX services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose.
• You will not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit an AROVIX eSIM without our prior written consent.
• You will not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse our systems, network partners, or service infrastructure.
• You will not use the service in a way that violates applicable laws, carrier rules, or network partner requirements.

8. Service Availability

AROVIX aims to provide reliable access to eSIM connectivity services; however, mobile network availability, coverage quality, speeds, roaming availability, and service continuity depend on local carrier partners and circumstances outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for temporary service interruptions, reduced speeds, or coverage limitations caused by third-party carriers, local infrastructure, technical maintenance, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text, designs, graphics, website content, and other materials on arovix.io are the property of AROVIX or its licensors and may not be used, copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AROVIX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from network outages, third-party carrier issues, service interruptions, incompatible devices, incorrect installation, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our services in a manner that risks harm to AROVIX, our network partners, our systems, or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
